Last updated: 1 May 2026
By creating a VaiRam account, you agree to these Terms. They are governed by Indian law and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India to use VaiRam.
2. Products
VaiRam sells over-the-counter wellness products: ayurvedic preparations, supplements, devices, and consumables. We do not sell prescription drugs (Schedule H/H1/X). Product information is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
3. Consultations
Consultations with VaiRam wellness experts are conducted under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (March 2020). Doctors provide guidance and may recommend products but do not issue prescriptions for Schedule H drugs through this platform. Consultations are not for medical emergencies — for urgent care, contact your local hospital.
4. Orders, payment, and pricing
Prices include applicable GST. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details. We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud, stock-out, or pricing errors and will refund any captured amount within 7 working days.
5. Returns and refunds
Sealed wellness products are non-returnable and non-refundable except for damage in transit, wrong delivery, or quality defects flagged within 48 hours of delivery. See the Refund Policy for details.
6. Discreet packaging
All orders ship in unbranded outer packaging with no product names visible. Inner packaging carries manufacturer-required labels (AYUSH license number, expiry, manufacturer details).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including reselling our products, harassing doctors, gaming the rate limits, or submitting false health information.
8. Intellectual property
The VaiRam name, logo, content, and software are owned by VaiRam. Product brand marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except as required by Indian law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
11. Grievances
For complaints, see the Grievance Officer page.
