Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Order cancellation by you

You can cancel an order any time before payment is confirmed (status PENDING_PAYMENT) directly from your Orders page. Once payment is captured, the order is locked for fulfilment.

Returns — sealed wellness products

Due to the nature of sexual wellness, ayurvedic, and supplement products, sealed items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptions — when we will refund

  • Damaged in transit: packaging visibly damaged, product unsealed or broken on receipt.
  • Wrong delivery: the item shipped does not match what you ordered.
  • Quality defect: obvious manufacturing fault flagged within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • Failure to deliver: if Shiprocket is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

How to claim

Email support@vairam.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery, for the failure case) with: order code, photos showing the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 working days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are credited via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 working days from approval. The reflection in your bank/card statement may take an additional 1–5 working days depending on your bank.

Consultations

Consultations are free of charge; refund does not apply.

Discreet packaging

Outer packaging is always unbranded with no product names. If you receive a parcel that looks like ours but lacks a VaiRam invoice inside, do not accept — please contact us immediately.
